Dashboard

Our business directory allows anyone to maintain a directory like website. You can add an unlimited number of listings, manage categories, user registrations and third party listings.



Listings

From the admin dashboard our directory allows you to see all the active listings, expired listings, users, most popular listing, latest added listing and the latest registered user. Already have a CSV file of listings? Simply import them.



Google Maps API

All company addresses listed on your site will be displayed on Google Maps. Just enter the street coordinates (latitude and longitude) or ZIP code and the business directory script will locate and pin it on the map.

Email Notifications

The system will send email notifications automatically for several handy situations. Manage the emails subjects and messages to personalize them.

SEO-Friendly Directory

Optimizing your directory for search engines is crucial for your online success. That is why we have added a meta tag editor and SEO-friendly URLs to the directory. Add custom meta tags for the directory and each listing can control their own SEO.



System backup

Prevent any loss of information by regularly performing a backup of your database and files. Admin can perform the backup with just one click of a button.



Online Payments

PayPal gateway is integrated by default with our directories to automate the process of adding and publishing listings by users. To enable online payments, just add your PayPal account into the directory admin panel.



Live Directory Options

Turn on features, turn off features or simply edit features all from the options page within the admin panel.

Submission Control

You can allow/disallow website users to submit their own listings after registering. These users are named ‘owners’. You can manage owners” accounts through Users menu. You can also charge owners for publishing their listings.



Set Pricing

Set prices for submitting listings by owners. You can charge different price according to the length of time that the listing is active (visible) on your listing page. If you wish to set a ”free trial” or have a free directory that is also possible.

Control Users

You can create different users for your Directory. Administrators (access to everything), Editors (access to all listings), Owners (access to own listings only).

Multiple Languages

Each piece of text used in our Directory is saved in the database and has its own unique ID. This allows for easy translation.



Color Themes

Ten different color themes are available by default. The business directory can be customized to blend with your existing site also.

When on the directory, users can add to home screen and have an icon that can be launched as a mobile web app.

Listing Details

Enter title and description for the listing. The description area can support Social Media embeds, Videos, Images, Tables, Font Control and More.



Map View

The public can pull up a map and see all the pinned listings within the directory. Selecting a pin will show them deatils about that listing.



Multiple Listings

Our Directory allows registered users to add more than one listing and manage all listings from the dashboard. You control the information the public can see.



Photo Gallery

Our Directories allow user to upload as many images as you want for your listing. You can resize, crop, rotate, watermark and compress the uploaded images. Drag & drop to change their order. The public can open each Gallery image in a lightbox slider.

Contact Information

Our Directories allow for all contact information to be added and displayed to the public. The information is also interactive on all devices. You can add your Phone number, Fax number, Wildcard Field, Website and Email.



Social Media

Our Directories allow you to enter up to 4 of the popular social media platforms. This will display on your public listing. Remember you can also embed Facebook Like and other social media functions right in your Description also.



Directories can be accessed and used via a Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile. Most all the information added to your listing is clickable and interactive with the public.

Listing Dashboard

Our directory allows registered users to see when their listing was Created, Modified and Total Views. You have Full Control of your Listing. The Public will not see this information.

Powerful Search

Our Directories allow full search of the Directory. When you create your listing an end user can search the Directory. The search will display not only the title but matches from the description also. This allows for registered users to use hashtags and other marketing strategies.

Location and address

You can show a map with the location of the listing on the listing details page. Submit the full address first and then click on ‘Get coordinates from Google Maps API’ button. Save your entry. This address is clickable to the public for easy driving directions to the location.



SEO Each Listing

For search engines it is important that your listing web page have Meta tags. These Meta tags refer to your listing details page. They not only give relevant information to the search engines, but are usually used as snippets when the page appears in a search engine results page.



Friendly URL's

Once a registered user creates their listing, they can share the link however they wish. Their listing is essintially their own webpage to control. This allows the public to visit your page and share your link with others.
